One Ariel Way Letting
We are delighted to announce this office letting in White City just before the end of 2023. A big thanks to our clients at Westfield for making it happen.
The One Ariel Way letting to Vue, who now join Venture X in the Westfield site, leaves just the 4th floor – 13,500 sq ft of high quality fully fitted offices in the heart of White City.
Vue Cinemas, the UK global cinema chain, has signed for the third floor comprising 14,000 square feet of offices at One Ariel Way.
The cinema chain is relocating from their current west London office at Building 10, Chiswick Park. One Ariel Way is located at the north-west of the Westfield London extension in White City. The office space is in a mixed-use office complex above the restaurant and retail extension of the mall. The office floor taken by the Vue includes private terraces overlooking Westfield Square.
Vue was advised by CBRE while Frost Meadowcroft and JLL advised Westfield.
