Fulham Investment Sale: Chelsea Gate Studios

West London’s commercial property market has seen another notable transaction, with the sale of Chelsea Gate Studios on Harwood Road, Fulham. The investment was jointly marketed and sold by Frost Meadowcroft and Knight Frank.

Chelsea Gate Studios comprises a mews-style business centre arranged around a courtyard, providing nine self-contained units with shared facilities. While a number of the residential and office elements of the wider development have been sold on long leases, the core business centre has remained under single ownership. This sale marks the first time in more than 30 years that the asset has been brought to the market.

The property was marketed with a guide price of £2.25 million.

The collaboration between Frost Meadowcroft and Knight Frank carries added significance: 25 years after Frost Meadowcroft Director Shaun Wolfe and Knight Frank Partner Peter Mayo first shared an office, they reunited to bring this Fulham opportunity to market.

Commenting on the sale, Shaun Wolfe, Director of Frost Meadowcroft, said:
“This transaction underlines the continued demand for high-quality investment opportunities in Fulham. Chelsea Gate Studios offers a rare blend of character, location, and long-term value, and we were delighted to work with Knight Frank to achieve a successful outcome.”
