Royalty Studios is Opening in Notting Hill in Summer 2025!
Recently we inspected the progress at Royalty Studios, Notting Hill, with our joint agents from Monmouth Dean.
This unique office studio is launching in the summer, offering up to 23,000 sq. ft. of space in various units from 1,015 sq. ft.
Located at 105-109 Lancaster Road, just a one-minute walk from Ladbroke Grove tube station, and with Paddington’s mainline railway just 10 minutes away, Royalty Studios is undergoing a complete refurbishment.
It is reducing its carbon footprint by over 80% by using sustainable cross-laminated timber (CLT) instead of steel and concrete for the structure, manufactured by xilonor and installed by ConstruktCLT ltd.
The offices will offer high-quality premium finishes, private bicycle storage, showers, off-street car parking, and EV charging.
