London, UK 2025 CoStar Awards — In a year defined by economic uncertainty and an unpredictable property market, one agency has emerged with standout results, securing top industry recognition and completing a series of landmark transactions across the west London commercial property market.
Frost Meadowcroft was named a Top Agency at the 2025 CoStar Awards, alongside an impressive three First Place wins, reflecting a year in which every deal was hard-fought and squarely delivered. The awards underscore not only market-leading performance, but also the strength of long-standing client relationships and the collective efforts of the wider team. “2025 was not an easy year,” Director and co-founder Simon Kibble said. “These results are a testament to our team, resilience, and the trust our clients continue to place in us.”
