Stella McCartney lets office to Sisley

French cosmetic company Sisley Paris has agreed a lease to occupy a Stella McCartney-owned studio office off Portobello Road in west London.

It has signed a 10-year lease at a rent of £55/sq ft with the fashion designer at the 4,300 sq ft property at 92 Golborne Road. It will take occupation of the converted former church after McCartney agreed a lease surrender with former tenant Quest.
Music management firm Quest, which represents artists such as McCartney’s father Paul and Arcade Fire, is relocating to Tileyard Studios in King’s Cross. McCartney was advised by Wilson McHardy, Sisley Paris was represented by BNP Paribas Real Estate and Quest was advised by Frost Meadowcroft.
