Westbrook and Stone Real Estate have secured two new occupiers at the 40,000 sq ft Clockwork Building development in Ravenscourt Park, west London.
Technology platform Shipserv, which is relocating from Chiswick Park, has taken 2,600 sq ft on the fourth floor at a rent of £54/sq ft on a five-year lease.
Retail technology business Intelligent Reach has taken 2,777 sq ft on the second floor at a rent of £52/sq ft on a five-year lease. The company relocated from Landmark House in Hammersmith.
The latest deals bringing the total lettings to 12,000 sq ft with 28,000 sq ft left available. Vosaio Travel and Cult Wines have previously leased space at the building which offers tenants electric cars charging points, cycle storage and showers on every floor.
Savills and Frost Meadowcroft advised Westbrook and Stone Real Estate. Coldwell Banker represented Shipserv.

Two more technology companies move to The Clockwork Building Hammersmith
Westbrook and Stone Real Estate have secured another two occupiers at the 40,000 sq ft Clockwork Building in Ravenscourt Park, west London.
Shipserv, a technology platform that connects shipping trading companies, has taken 2,600 sq ft on the 4th floor at a rent of £54 per sq ft on a five-year lease. Shipserv relocated from Chiswick Park.
Intelligent Reach, a retail technology business, has taken 2,777 sq ft on the 2nd floor at a rent of £52 per sq ft on a five-year lease. Intelligent Reach relocated from Landmark House in Hammersmith which is earmarked for a mixed-use redevelopment.
Vosaio Travel and Cult Wines have already leased space at The Clockwork Building bringing the total lettings to 12,000 sq ft with 28,000 sq ft available.
Joint letting agents Savills and Frost Meadowcroft advised Westbrook and Stone Real Estate and Coldwell Banker represented Shipserv.
Westbrook and Stone Real Estate have redeveloped the Richard Seifert-designed building exposing the original high vaulted concrete ceilings and creating what they say is the largest river-view roof terrace in west London.
Tenants have electric car charging points in the secure car parking area, cycle storage and showers on every floor.
