ashion designer and Britain’s Next Top Model judge Julien Macdonald is quitting his Mayfair HQ to move to Notting Hill. Macdonald, whose clients include Jessie J (pictured) and Kylie Minogue, is to sublet KHP Consulting’s 2,450 sq ft at 10 Ledbury Mews North, W11. The designer will pay £30.50 per sq ft on a lease expiring in November 2013. An option for a 10-year lease renewal forms part of the deal. Macdonald is moving from slightly smaller space at 31 Old Burlington Street, W1, which is owned by the Hargreaves Family, who are also investors in the business.
