Romulus office lettings, signed two more tenants at The Triangle in Hammersmith Grove.

Armit Wines and World Media Rights have taken 2,500 sq ft of fitted office suites each. Both occupiers signed deals on flexible leases.

The Triangle is prominently located in a prime position at the junction of Hammersmith Grove and Beadon Road. 

“These deals were part of Romulus’ new managed and fitted offering, Romulus Custom Build, providing plug and play, bespoke workspaces for scale-ups and SMEs,” said Alex Woolf of Romulus.
