Rambert Dance Company has appointed niche agent Frost Meadowcroft to find a tenant for its offices and studios at 94 Chiswick High Road, W4. The ballet company is moving to a new Allies & Morrison-designed £20m studio to the east of the National Theatre on the south bank, SE1. The circa 9,000 sq ft Chiswick property, owned by London & Bath Estates, will be available from September next year the passing rent on the block is £77,500 pa. Rambert has nine years remaining on its lease.
