Interior designer Kelly Hoppen’s company has agreed a deal for a new office in Hammersmith.
Kelly Hoppen Interiors will occupy 6,400 sq ft at the Skiworld-owned 5-6 Vencourt Place in W6. The lease has been agreed for a 10-year term with a six month rent-free period at £28.25/ sq ft.
In January, Hoppen launched her first e-commerce store with a self-designed interiors accessories range. She has also appeared on BBC 2’s Dragons’ Den. Frost Meadowcroft advised Skiworld; Blue Tile Property Consultants advised Kelly Hoppen Interiors.
