Simon co-founded Frost Meadowcroft in 2008 after more than 15 years working in West London’s commercial property market. Over the years, he’s advised clients on everything from acquisitions and leasing to development sales, working with major funds, property companies, and private investors and occupiers alike.

Away from work, Simon is happiest outdoors. He lives in West Berkshire with his family and spaniels. He loves 2 wheels – cycling and motorbiking, or heading out on the water with his RIB. When he’s not on the move, you’ll find him in the garage tinkering with his classic 1950s Land Rover. Also known for enjoying a tennis BBQ or if lucky, a bit of après-ski.

Shaun co-founded Frost Meadowcroft in 2008, but his property career started in the fast-paced world of commercial auctions with Allsop. In 2001, he took charge of the west London agency Frost & Partners and hasn’t looked back since. These days, Shaun’s working with clients with everything from office leasing to development and investment deals. He also chaired the Office Agents Society from 2012 to 2014.

Outside the office, Shaun swaps property for fairways. He’s a keen golfer and loves a challenge – so much so that he’s tackling the London Classics: the Marathon, RideLondon 100, and Swim Serpentine. With the run and ride already ticked off, just one splash to go!

Tristan brings a wide-ranging background in real estate, currently specialising in the leasing and sale of commercial property across West London. Prior to moving into the commercial sector, Tristan earned a master’s degree in real estate and worked in land acquisition for a leading residential housebuilder, giving him a strong foundation in development and planning. His client-focused approach ensures tailored advice and strategic solutions for occupiers, investors, and developers.

Outside of work, Tristan could be described as sporty sort – especially football and endurance challenges. He’s ticked off the London Marathon and even conquered a 100km ultramarathon (yes, really!). A devoted Arsenal fan, he also captains the OHAFC, where he’s been a fixture for over a decade – leading from the front both on and off the pitch.

Giles joined Frost Meadowcroft in 2021 after completing his Real Estate MSc. Before that, he gained hands-on experience at Knight Frank and Farebrother, working in business development within their Tenant Representation teams.

Since then, Giles has built strong knowledge of the West London market, advising on sales and investments in areas like Notting Hill, Kensington, and Fulham. He also works closely with clients on leasing and valuation projects, and recently earned his MRICS status.

Outside the office, Giles is all about rugby – he plays for London Media Rugby Club, previously captained their 2nd XV, and now helps manage the team. When he’s not on the pitch, he’s probably cheering (and occasionally despairing) over his beloved Glasgow Rangers.

Katie has recently joined the Frost Meadowcroft team after graduating from the University of Bristol and is excited to start her career in commercial property. Eager to learn from the most experienced professionals in the market and contribute to the team, she brings fresh enthusiasm, curiosity and a geography degree that adds a unique angle to her understanding of place and space.

Fresh from a summer of Oasis gigs and spontaneous travels, Katie is now embracing London life, exploring the city’s food, art and culture, and attempting to fit in a little exercise along the way…
